Bordesley Park.
A Georgian country house wedding venue set in 200 acres of Worcestershire parkland, close to Redditch and within easy reach of Birmingham. The grounds, the Orangery, and the formal gardens give every wedding day here a quality of space and natural beauty that larger commercial venues rarely match. I am based in Kidderminster, 25 minutes away.

The venue
Georgian architecture, 200 acres. Space to breathe on your wedding day.
Bordesley Park sits in open Worcestershire countryside between Redditch and the Warwickshire border — close enough to Birmingham for guests coming from the city, far enough out to feel genuinely rural. The estate covers 200 acres of parkland and formal gardens, giving every wedding here a quality of space that most venues in the region simply cannot provide.
The house itself is a handsome Georgian property, with the proportions and the understated elegance that characterise the best country house venues. Inside, the Orangery is the main ceremony and reception space — light-filled, garden-facing, with the parkland as a continuous backdrop. The Crystal Gallery provides a further space for the evening, with a different quality of light and atmosphere. Outside, the formal gardens, the parkland, and the surrounding countryside create a full range of outdoor settings throughout the day.
Bordesley Park is a popular choice for Birmingham couples who want to marry in the Worcestershire countryside — close enough to the city for practical logistics, but completely removed from it in atmosphere. The combination of Georgian architecture, extensive grounds, and the gentle undulating Worcestershire landscape produces a setting that is elegant without being formal, and rural without being remote.
Why it works for content creation
Two hundred acres, and every corner of it is worth filming.
The space at Bordesley Park is one of its most important assets for content creation. With 200 acres of parkland, there is no shortage of distinct outdoor locations — the formal gardens close to the house, the open meadow beyond the formal planting, the treelines and the countryside views. Moving a couple through these settings across the day produces a gallery with real variety: intimate, wide, structured, and informal, all within a single venue.
The Orangery is a strong space for ceremony content. The glass and the garden orientation mean the light is consistent and flattering throughout the day — there are no sudden dark corridors or interior shadows to navigate, which makes continuous filming straightforward. The transition from the Orangery out to the formal gardens for drinks is one of those natural moments where the content almost creates itself.
The parkland is particularly strong for couple portraits at golden hour. At a venue with 200 acres, you can move well away from the main house — into open countryside, under treelines, against the sky — without ever leaving the estate. That range and freedom produces couple portrait content that looks genuinely expansive rather than confined to a hotel terrace or a small walled garden.
For Birmingham couples who book here, the combination of Worcestershire countryside and easy motorway access from the M42 makes logistics on the day simple, which means I can arrive early and stay late without any distance complications.

What to expect on the day
From bridal prep to the last dance. The whole day, on film.
I arrive before bridal prep and I stay through the evening. I move through the day without interrupting it — I do not direct, I do not pose, and your photographer will not notice me. I am capturing what is actually happening, not a version of it staged for a phone camera.
Your raw gallery lands within 24 hours. Edited Reels within 48. At a venue with the scale and outdoor variety of Bordesley Park, the footage has real range — intimate moments inside, expansive landscape content outside, and everything in between.
