The venue
A Tudor manor house with five different settings in one place.
Hogarths Stone Manor sits in the village of Stone, a few minutes outside Kidderminster, in the heart of Worcestershire. The main building is a historic manor house with a Tudor-style exterior — the kind of façade that makes a backdrop for group photographs without any effort. Inside, the Garden Room runs along the walled gardens and is a self-contained function space, light and airy, with the Tudor exterior visible through the windows.
The 27 acres give you a walled garden, a rose garden, a wild meadow, and a stretch of woodland. At a venue like this, you have five or six genuinely different backdrops to work with across a single wedding day. The grounds are not decorative — they are functional, and couples use them for couple portraits, group shots, and quiet moments between the ceremony and the reception.
With 56 bedrooms on site, most guests and the bridal party stay over. That means the morning begins at Stone Manor and the evening ends there. For content creation, it is one of the most complete wedding day environments you can work in.
Why it works for content creation
The whole day is here. I never have to leave.
Because I am based in Kidderminster, I can be at Hogarths for early morning bridal prep without any logistical stress. I arrive before the getting-ready process begins. That time — the quiet getting-ready moments, the bridesmaids, the nerves, the first look at the dress — is some of the most important content of the day, and I am there for all of it.
The grounds change the whole approach to outdoor content. At a lot of venues, you get one outdoor area for group shots and that is it. At Stone Manor, the woodland walk is different from the walled garden, which is different from the rose garden, which is different from the manor exterior. A couple portrait sequence filmed across the grounds gives you enough variety for a full highlight Reel without repeating a single setting.
The Garden Room films cleanly in vertical format — the proportions work well for portrait mode, and the light in there is consistent. For the evening, the dance floor and the bar until 1am mean the energy stays high and the footage stays strong late into the night.
The bridal suite and the formal staircase inside the manor are strong for prep content. Staircases are underrated for wedding content — the composition almost creates itself.

What to expect on the day
From bridal prep to the last dance. The whole day, on film.
I arrive before bridal prep and I stay through the evening. I move through the day without interrupting it — I do not direct, I do not pose, and your photographer will not notice me. I am capturing what is actually happening, not a version of it staged for a phone camera.
Your raw gallery lands within 24 hours. Edited Reels within 48. At a venue with this many distinct settings and this much space, the footage is varied and the edit has a lot to work with.
