What I do
The moments your photographer cannot capture.
I am a wedding content creator based in Worcestershire, covering Herefordshire and the wider West Midlands. On your wedding day, I work quietly alongside your photographer and videographer, capturing everything they can't.
The candid moments. The behind-the-scenes chaos before the ceremony. The reaction your maid of honour makes when you walk out in your dress. The impromptu moments on the dance floor that nobody planned. I catch all of it.
Everything is filmed vertically on an iPhone, edited to trend, and delivered to you within 24 hours via a private gallery link. You wake up the morning after your wedding to find your entire special day already waiting on your phone.
You do not need to be active on social media to want this. You need to want your memories back before you leave for the honeymoon and the ability to relive every detail of your wedding day whenever you choose.
Wedding content creation has become one of the fastest-growing services in the UK wedding industry, and it is easy to understand why. Couples want to be fully present on their big day, not anxious about whether someone is catching the moments they will want to remember. That is exactly why I am there.
Social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok have made couples acutely aware that weddings produce incredible content. Please don't book a wedding content creator for the likes. You book one because your wedding day moves fast, and the behind-the-scenes moments disappear in seconds if nobody is watching them.

Herefordshire weddings
Herefordshire venues I love working at.
Herefordshire has some of the most beautiful and distinctive wedding venues in the country. From restored country houses to working farms, the county offers an extraordinary range of backdrops, each creating distinct opportunities for behind-the-scenes wedding content creation.
I know how to read a venue, understand its light, and identify the candid moments specific to how a wedding flows in that space. Here are some of the venues in Herefordshire I cover.

Not sure whether I cover your venue or your area of Herefordshire? Please get in touch, and I will confirm availability for your date and location. I regularly travel across the county and into the border areas of Monmouthshire, Powys, and Gloucestershire.
The process
Three steps. Zero stress.
1. We plan together
Before your wedding day, we have a content planning call. I learn your wedding vision, understand the moments that matter most to you and your family, and plan a shot list around your schedule. I liaise with your other suppliers, your photographer, and your venue coordinator so everyone knows the plan and there are no clashes on the day.
2. I show up and disappear
On your wedding day, I am there from bridal prep through to the first dance, depending on your package. I use an iPhone and a handheld stabiliser, which makes me unobtrusive and quick. I work around your photographer without ever appearing in a single one of their shots. I know the rhythm of a wedding day, when to move and when to stay completely still. Most guests will not even notice I am there.
3. You wake up to it
Everything is delivered to you via a private online gallery. Raw footage and photos within 24 hours. Edited Reels, trend-led and ready to post, within 48 hours. You can share with friends and family immediately, or keep it entirely private. The choice is yours. Your love story, captured and delivered before you have even started thinking about coming home from the honeymoon.

Why Wedding Day Moments
I came from inside the industry.
I spent several years working as a second photographer alongside one of the most experienced wedding photographers in the UK. That is not something many wedding content creators can say.
What it means for you is this: I know exactly how a wedding day runs. I know the rhythm of it. I know when the magic is about to happen before it happens. I know how to work around a photographer without ever appearing in a single one of their shots. And I know which behind-the-scenes moments vanish in seconds if nobody is watching for them.
I understand how to work with other suppliers, photographers, videographers, florists, and catering teams without disrupting your day's flow. I know how to be in the right place without being in the way. That experience is what makes Wedding Day Moments different from a content creator who picked up a phone and decided to start attending weddings.
I did not find my way into the wedding industry via social media. I came from inside it. And I brought everything I learned there with me to Herefordshire.
When you are looking for a wedding content creator in Herefordshire, look for someone who understands the difference between documenting a wedding and feeling it. Look for someone whose portfolio shows the candid moments, not just the pretty ones. Look for someone who can tell you exactly what they will be doing on your wedding day and how they will be working with your other suppliers.

Investment
What does a wedding content creator cost in Herefordshire?
Wedding content creator costs in the UK typically range from around £400 to £950, depending on hours, deliverables, and the creator's experience. In the Midlands market, most full-day packages from established content creators range from £695 to £925.
My wedding content creation packages start from £399 for a six-hour raw package and go up to £795 for a full day, including four edited Reels and a cinematic highlight reel. That is 10 hours of coverage at a price that undercuts every comparable service provider I am aware of in this market.
My introductory 2026 prices reflect the fact that I am actively building my Herefordshire portfolio. These prices will increase for bookings in 2027. If your wedding is in 2026 or early 2027, now is genuinely the best time to book.
The best decision you can make with your wedding content budget is to book early. Dates are limited, and once a date is taken, it's not available. A 20% deposit secures your date, with the balance due four weeks before your wedding day.

What couples say
What couples say about Wedding Day Moments
We woke up the morning after, and our entire wedding was already in our camera roll. I ugly cried for an hour watching it back. The best decision we made all day.
I am not really on social media, but I still wanted to remember every tiny moment of the day. Alice captured things I did not even know were happening. Seeing it all back the next morning was honestly overwhelming in the best possible way.
I didn't think I needed a content creator. My husband thought it was unnecessary. We have both watched the footage back every single day since. Absolutely worth every penny.

Questions answered
What couples ask before they book.
Yes. I cover the whole of Herefordshire, from Hereford city to the Wye Valley, the Golden Valley, and the border areas. Travel is included within a standard radius, with a mileage rate for venues beyond that. Get in touch with your venue, and I will confirm exactly what is included.
No. I have spent years working alongside photographers. I know how to position myself, how to read where they are going, and how to work around them completely invisibly. Your photographer will not notice me, and I will not appear in any of their shots. I always introduce myself to your photographer and other suppliers at the start of the day so we can coordinate.
Every package includes a pre-wedding planning call, a comprehensive collection of behind-the-scenes clips and photos in vertical 9:16 format, and delivery via a private gallery link within 24 hours. Depending on your package, edited Reels and a highlight reel are also included. Full details are on the packages page.
Absolutely not. Many of my couples book me because they want their wedding day back in their hands before the honeymoon for themselves, not for social media. You can share the content with friends and family, keep it completely private, or post it whenever you feel ready. The content is yours to use however you like.
A videographer uses professional cameras and typically produces a formal cinematic film, a polished, edited piece that you receive weeks or months after your wedding. I am capturing the raw, candid, behind-the-scenes moments on iPhone, in vertical format, delivered within 24 hours. The two services complement each other perfectly, but they are capturing completely different things. Many couples book both. Read the full comparison →
