Here is how it works, step by step.

Nine steps from the first search to finding the gallery on your phone.

1

Decide what you need before you start looking

Before you contact anyone, be clear on three things: your wedding date, your venue, and a rough sense of how much coverage you want — full day, six hours, or raw footage only. These three details are what every content creator needs to tell you whether they are available and what the right package is. Having them ready saves time from the first conversation.

2

Find a creator who covers your area

The most important filter is location. Search for a wedding content creator in your county or region. A creator based nearby knows local venues, has shorter travel, and is more likely to have worked at your venue before.

For weddings in Worcestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Shropshire or Staffordshire, Wedding Day Moments covers the full region from a base in Worcestershire.

3

Check their portfolio and read their reviews

Before you contact anyone, look at their actual work. Watch the real wedding footage, not just the polished highlight reels. Read reviews that describe the experience, not just the output.

Look specifically for reviews that mention how the creator worked alongside the photographer and how the delivery went. These two things matter more than almost anything else.

4

Get in touch and check availability

Contact them with your date and venue. A professional content creator will come back to you promptly with availability and a clear breakdown of what is included.

At Wedding Day Moments, the aim is to reply within 24 hours with availability, package options and pricing for your specific date and venue.

5

Have a planning call

Once you have confirmed you want to proceed, most providers will arrange a pre-wedding planning call. This is where you discuss your timeline, your key people, and the moments that matter most to you.

This call is included as standard in every Wedding Day Moments package. It is used to prepare properly for the day and to coordinate with other suppliers before the morning starts.

6

Review and sign the contract

Every professional supplier uses a contract. Read it carefully before you sign. It should cover the package and price, deposit terms and payment schedule, delivery timescales for the raw gallery and for the edited Reels, cancellation terms for both parties, and your full download rights for the content. If anything is missing or unclear, ask before you sign.

7

Pay the deposit to secure your date

A deposit secures your wedding date. Without it, the date remains available to other couples.

At Wedding Day Moments, the deposit is 20% of the package price, non-refundable. The balance is due four weeks before your wedding. There are no payment surprises in between.

8

The balance payment

The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding. At that point the planning is well underway, your content call will have taken place, and you can focus on the wedding itself.

9

Your content arrives

Your raw gallery arrives within 24 hours of your wedding via a private gallery link. Your edited Reels arrive within 48 hours. You do not need to chase anything. It simply arrives.

Most couples wake up the morning after their wedding to find everything already waiting on their phone. That is the whole point.

The morning after is the part most couples remember longest.

What arriving content actually feels like

The raw gallery notification arrives on your phone before most couples have had breakfast on the morning after their wedding. Hundreds of clips and photos, already waiting in a private gallery, showing you the day you lived from the outside for the first time.

The edited Reels follow within 48 hours. Trend-led, music-synced, ready to post directly to Instagram and TikTok from your phone. The first thing most couples do is send them to their parents.

Nothing to chase. Nothing to wait for. That is what a professional booking looks like from the other side of it.
